- Backend solutions
The project server part is built on a micro-service architecture based on Docker, which provides ample opportunities for horizontal scaling of the system with an increase in the number of users. It also increases the flexibility of modifying and updating system modules, adding or removing subsystems.
- Frontend solutions
The application is developed on the basis of the WHITE-LABEL solution. DD Platform on the Xamarin cross-platform framework. A React Native component was also used to implement a single chat box in both mobile platforms. This significantly reduced the development time of the second platform, and also helped to reduce the adaptation time of innovations for platforms in view of a single code base.

Mobile app functionality
Two key functions of the mobile app are chats and calls. The operator sees the entire history of correspondence with the client in the chat box.
Consultations and requests
A consultation is a dialogue session initiated by a client in a mobile application. The client asks a question to the operator in the chat, then the operator sees this question in the Consultation section. The operator sees the list of questions and can take it to work and continue communication with the client. At the end of the dialogue, the consultation closes and goes into the archive. During the dialogue, the operator and the client can also exchange text and multimedia files. Requests for a callback to the client. If the client does not want to chat, he can order a callback. The operator, having seen the application, can call the client. At the end of the conversation, the application goes to the archive.
