Adding real estate
The user (owner, tenant, resident) can add any number of his real estate objects. All information about real estate addresses is collected from GIS of housing and communal services and FIAS (date of construction, name of the serving management company, etc.). Ownership is confirmed automatically by requesting an USRT statement through integration with Rosreestr.
Home screen - news feed
The feed aggregates content from the communities in which the user is a member. The types of content you need (news, polls, events, etc.) can be selected in the settings. The feed is updated in real time.
The system automatically generates communities by addresses (houses) and creates territorial communities by districts, regions, cities. Users can independently create communities of interest, fill them with content, organize internal chats, etc.
Interaction with the management company and payment of housing and communal services
This section provides users with access to interaction with the managing organization. It includes the ability to manage a personal account, pay receipts, take readings of individual metering devices, create and track applications to the dispatch service.
